Booking Terms and Conditions
1. A $300.00 deposit is payable upon confirmation of your performance date. A tax invoice will be issued.
2. The minimum per performance is based on 150 students @ $11.00 per student = $,1650.00 (incl. GST).
3. The maximum number of attendees (students and adults) per performance is 300. If you exceed this number, we can conduct multiple performances.
4. Final attendance numbers (students, teachers and parents) are to be confirmed four weeks prior to the scheduled performance date and the balance of payment must be paid on receipt of the final invoice. (Actual payment must be received by this date.)
5. Any changes to your booking must be made in writing via email, fax or letter.
6. Any changes to numbers must be advised at least 7 days prior to the scheduled performance date.
Any increase in attendance will be accepted upon payment at least 7 days prior to the performance date. Any decrease in attendance will not result in a decrease of the performance fee once your booking is confirmed.
7. Upon payment of the deposit a binding agreement is formed based on the information provided in this booking form and subsequent communications from Origin On Stage Pty Limited and the school is liable for all payments as quoted and invoiced.
8. It is the listed contact name’s responsibility to ensure the details provided (including attendance numbers) are accurate, that payment is made and both the school and Origin On Stage Pty Limited are aware of all school details relating to the booking.
9. If the listed contact is no longer employed by the school or is no longer available to manage the booking the school must nominate an alternate contact and advise as such.
10. The details you provide will strictly be used only in accordance with our privacy policy.

Cancellation Policy:
Unless the cancellation is made by Origin On Stage Pty Limited the following conditions apply:
If Origin On Stage Pty Limited has to reschedule the performance, all efforts will be made to confirm a mutually agreeable date and time.
If Origin On Stage Pty Limited is in the unfortunate position of having to cancel a performance through no fault of the school a full refund will be paid to the school.
- Any deposit paid is non-refundable
- If the cancellation is made one month prior to the performance date (or earlier) the deposit is forfeited and no other charges apply. If the performance date is rescheduled the deposit may be carried over to the new date.
- If the cancellation is made within one month of the performance date the deposit is forfeited and 50% of the performance fee is payable. If the full fee has already been paid, Origin On Stage Pty Limited will refund 50% of the fee. If the performance date is rescheduled, the deposit may be carried over to the new date but 50% of the performance fee for the cancelled show is still payable.
- If the cancellation is made within one week of the performance date the deposit is forfeited and 80% of the full performance fee is payable. If the full fee has already been paid, Origin On Stage Pty Limited will refund 20% of the fee. If the performance date is rescheduled, the deposit may be carried over to the new date, but 80% of the performance fee for the cancelled show is still payable.
- If the performance is cancelled on the scheduled day of performance, the deposit is forfeited and no refund will be paid, even if the performance is reschedule for another day.
If Origin On Stage Pty Limited has to reschedule the performance, all efforts will be made to confirm a mutually agreeable date and time.
If Origin On Stage Pty Limited is in the unfortunate position of having to cancel a performance through no fault of the school a full refund will be paid to the school.
