EMMA - Played by Zoë Jensen
In 2010 Zoë was awarded the Bell Shakepeare Regional Scholarship, but followed her dream to attend NIDA, graduating in 2013. Zoë's credits include fronting a hard kidding, hugely successful, anti-binge drinking commercial campaign in 2014 called ‘Stop Before It Get’s Really Ugly’ (JWT/Goodoil Films). Theatrical credits include the acclaimed ‘Kill The PM’ (directed by Fregmonto Stokes), which enjoyed a successful run at the 505 Theatre. Zoë is also a talented voice over artist. Credits include voicing for UWS (University of Western Sydney).
Zoë had a colourful childhood, living and travelling in the Northern Territory, through Queensland, stopping in NSW and finally settling in Tasmania. |
MICHAEL- Played by Joshua McElroy
Fresh out of high school, Joshua still has many hours treading the boards to his name. He has appeared in several productions with bAKEHOUSE Theatre Company and was a featured performer in A Land Beyond the River for NIDA & the Tamarama Rock Surfers Theatre Company at the Storylines Festival. Josh has also studied at the Australian Theatre for Young People and performed in several lead and featured roles for St Ignatuis College, Stage Directions Theatre and the
Epicentre Theatre Company.

DYLAN - Played by David Mock
Growing up in a musical family and the amateur scene, David followed his dream from his home town in New Zealand to Sydney where he graduated from Brent Street's Diploma of Musical Theatre in 2014. He is proud that Connected is his professional debut.

KATE - Played by Natasha Tidey
Natasha has been performing for many, many years and is trained in acting, singing and dance. She finished school with a high distinction for Grade 8 in Musical Theatre from Trinity College Guildhall and went straight into an internship with Harvest Rain Theatre Company in Brisbane in 2010. During that year, she performed in three shows for Harvest Rain, Stage Managed three other shows with Metro Arts Theatre and performed in many short plays and films within the Brisbane area. In 2011, Natasha starting touring with the international drama company where she travelled around Australia and New Zealand for almost a year and a half. When Natasha arrived back, she started performing in pantomimes in the community theatre on the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Natasha then began professionally touring again in 2014 with Jally Entertainment where she performed in over 45 different schools in three months all around QLD, NSW, SA and VIC. In November, Natasha moved to Sydney and stared in a short film for the Sydney Film School, Sydney. Natasha can’t wait to be playing Kate and touring and performing in ‘Connected – the Musical’.

Holly Horsley
Holly Horsley is a professionally-trained national performer with experience in a wide range of theatre from Classical to Musical Theatre, to Children’s Theatre. For the past year (2014) she has been touring Brisbane and Sydney with ‘The Power of One’ anti-bullying show with international company Soren Bennick Productions. Holly graduated from a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts (Performance) in 2012, and since then has performed in several national productions including touring Australia with ‘Pass The Poetry’ (2013), ‘Let’s Chat Habitat’ (2013) and ‘Rhyme Time’ (2013) with School Performance Tours.
She is currently (2015) creative director and founder of Mala Insana Productions, and performing in her written musical, ‘History the Musical’. Other stage productions for children include: Elmo’s World Tour (2013), The Lorax (2014), The Cat in the Hat (2013), Alvin and the Chipmunks (2013), The Grinch (2012), The Justice League (2012) and many more. Christopher Geoghegan
Born in Sydney, Christopher has been a performer for a number of years . In 2014 he completed a Bachelor of Music majoring in Music Theatre at the Australian Institute of Music. Whilst attending he performed the role of Benny in Rent directed by Tyran Parke and a revival of the Australian musical Summer Rain. He is a seasoned performer at Sydney Luna Park in the attraction MazeRunner Adventure Live and in the 60's tribute show. He has also taken to the stage at the Opera House a number of times, most recently in Christmas at the House.
Christopher has a passion for kids entertainment and teaching in which he stresses an importance in the education and practice of the performing arts industry in schools and from a young age. |
